All companies that constitute The Marvin Group are required by law to remain in compliance with U.S. Government export/import laws and regulations, including DDTC, ITAR and EAR. Furthermore, we are compliant with FCPA regulations and require that any companies that we do business with demonstrate such compliance as well.

Form F-043 (link below) must be completed by all suppliers and contractors.

Products manufactured and/or distributed by The Marvin Group and its constituent companies, including Marvin Engineering Company, Marvin Test Solutions, and Marvin Land Systems are subject to and in compliance with U.S. Government export/import laws and regulations including:

  • Department of State, Directorate of Trade Controls (DDTC)
  • Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR)
  • Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

The Marvin Group and its companies are also in compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and is committed to doing business with integrity and upholding the highest anti‐ corruption standards. All Marvin employees, partners and third parties acting on Marvin’s behalf are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, fairness and high ethical standards, as well as abide by follow the anti‐bribery laws, regulations and international conventions in effect in the countries in which the Marvin Group operates or engages in business transactions.

Many of our products require disclosure and certification of the End User, which must be provided by our customers during the sales qualification process. The relevant End User Certification Form may be downloaded here.

Consequently, The Marvin Group requires that all of its suppliers/contractors provide and/or certify that they adhere to these same laws and regulations by completing and submitting Form F-043 (Supplier Export Compliance and DDTC Registration Certification).
